Dr Diana Dembicka-Mączka is a dental surgeon, lecturer and educator whose professional journey for more than 22 years has combined clinical practice, laser dentistry, scientific research and the development of modern technologies in medicine.

She is the founder of Dembicka Education Center — a place created from the belief that education should go beyond conventional teaching. Education should not end with providing a protocol; it should teach clinicians to understand technology, anticipate tissue response and make informed clinical decisions.

LASERS HAVE BECOME HER SPECIALISATION — NOT JUST A TOOL.

For many years, laser dentistry has been one of the main areas of her clinical, scientific and educational work.

She completed the prestigious European Master Degree in Oral Laser Applications (EMDOLA) programme at Wroclaw Medical University, obtaining a Master of Science in Oral Laser Applications.

Her professional interests focus primarily on the clinical use of Er:YAG and diode lasers, laser–tissue interaction, informed parameter selection, minimally invasive dentistry, periodontology, soft-tissue surgery, photobiomodulation and the application of laser technologies in aesthetic procedures.

CLINICIAN AND SCIENTIST.

In 2026, she was awarded a PhD in Medical Sciences by the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland.

Her scientific activity focuses on dentistry and the application of laser technologies, combining research with experience gained every day in clinical practice. She is the author of scientific publications in the field of dentistry and laser applications.

It is precisely this combination of evidence-based dentistry and real-world clinical experience that forms the foundation of her approach to education.

FROM KNOWLEDGE TO INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION.

She is an International Fellow of the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD), a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry Speakers Bureau, and serves as Chair of the Affiliated ALD Study Club Ukraine.

She is actively involved in the international laser dentistry community and is a member of professional organisations bringing together experts and clinicians working with laser technologies in medicine and dentistry.

As an international lecturer, she shares her experience with clinicians in Poland and abroad, presenting technology not from the perspective of the device itself, but through the lens of clinical decision-making and the outcome we want to achieve for an individual patient.

BEYOND MEDICINE.

Her experience extends beyond clinical practice. She has completed postgraduate studies in Healthcare Management and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

As the owner of her own clinic, she combines the perspective of a clinician with experience in management and the strategic development of a medical practice.

This is why her lectures address not only whether a particular technology works, but also how to introduce it responsibly and effectively into everyday clinical practice.
